Diamante Geração de Energia’s social action is based on the defense of Fundamental Human Rights and is aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals established by the United Nations (UN).

As a priority, we seek to contribute to social projects that have a positive impact on the lives of the people around us, enabling social transformation and the sharing of knowledge in an exponential way. Our focus includes promoting actions to reduce inequalities, guaranteeing sustainable and social development.

We believe that relationships with communities are essential to encourage and promote activities and projects in the areas of culture, education, sports, citizenship, human rights, and the protection and defense of the rights of children and adolescents.

Social Responsibility Projects

Girl's Home

The organization takes in approximately 200 children between the ages of 2 and 12 who are socially vulnerable. These children are referred by the CRAS of the municipality of Tubarão/SC. The institution is dedicated to providing protection, socialization, education and other basic principles that are essential for the healthy development of children. In the 2023 financial year, Diamante Energia is a partner in the "Happy Smile" incentive project. This project aims to promote oral health and, consequently, the general health of the children cared for by Lar da Menina. The partnership involves providing basic and preventive dental care, with the aim of contributing to the students' well-being and quality of life.

CEACA

For years, Diamante Energia has maintained a significant partnership with the Child and Adolescent Support Center - CEACA, located in the city of Capivari de Baixo/SC. This center carries out socio-educational work with 210 students between the ages of 6 and 17, focusing on promoting their integral formation and improving their quality of life. CEACA is a benchmark in the municipality for the care of children and adolescents in situations of social vulnerability. Diamante Energia has been an active collaborator in this process, having carried out various projects at the institution. This includes the construction and extension of CEACA's facilities, the creation of a multi-purpose room and the development of a play area.

São José Hospital

Diamante Energia is a supporter of the incentivized projects "Renovation and Adaptation of the Adult ICU" and "Improvement of services in the Hemodialysis sectors". Projects like these represent an important step towards offering more comfortable and effective care to patients of the Unified Health System (SUS), having a significant impact on the community, promoting improvements in health conditions and quality of life.

St. Vincent's Asylum

The Asilo São Vicente currently cares for 80 elderly men and women between the ages of 60 and 100 who are socially vulnerable and have varying degrees of dependency and are referred to the Asilo by the community and public bodies. The reception service is offered 24 hours a day, guaranteeing full protection for the elderly. Diamante Energia is a partner in the projects "Improving care for the elderly in the nursing sector of the São Vicente de Paulo Asylum" and "Adequacy and Expansion of the Asylum", with the aim of acquiring equipment and human resources to improve care for the elderly in the nursing area and increasing the capacity for the elderly in the institution.

Life and Art

Diamante Energia's partnership with the Life and Art Association, through the "Sport is for everyone" and "Broadening Horizons" incentive projects, highlights its active commitment to promoting inclusion and supporting people with intellectual and/or multiple disabilities. The "Sport is for everyone" project promotes adapted sports activities, generating health, inclusion and social interaction. The "Broadening Horizons" project demonstrates a commitment to the continuous growth and development of the Life and Art Association. Expanding its classrooms, allowing it to serve more students, benefiting a greater number of people with intellectual and/or multiple disabilities.

APAE

APAE has been providing services for 52 years and caters for 425 students of all age groups, providing free, uninterrupted educational and rehabilitation services aimed at developing functional psycho-pedagogical and social skills, autonomy and socialization for people with Intellectual/Multiple Disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorders. Diamante Geração de Energia is a great partner of Apae in Tubarão and Capivari de Baixo/SC, which it supports in projects to interact with the students, such as parties, choirs and events for the maintenance of the organization.

COMBEMTU

COMBEMTU is a benchmark in the region, serving children and adolescents in situations of social vulnerability and extending its actions to their families. It serves more than 200 students at the Living Together Center and 140 in the apprentice program. Bringing interaction, education, culture and art. Diamante Energia is a partner in the "Sponsoring the Future" project, which helps to maintain the institution's activities.

Joanna de Ângelis Educational Foundation

The organization has been active for 30 years, promoting education and social assistance to families in situations of social vulnerability whose rights have been threatened or violated. The institution currently serves 225 children in the after-school socializing and bonding service. Diamante has been a partner in various projects, such as: video library rooms, the inauguration of the computer room, the replacement of the roof and the purchase of photovoltaic panels for the institution.

Youth District

Bairro da Juventude offers the community of southern Santa Catarina an inclusive policy focused on social responsibility and guided by the defense, protection and promotion of the rights of children and young people in social vulnerability. The company was a partner in the "Sport and Leisure" and "CLIC" incentive projects, which aim to make sport available to the institution's students, and will provide equipment for the entity's seven innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship spaces.

Nossa Senhora da Conceição Hospital

Support for the project called "Nas mãos de quem ama - fase 02" (In the hands of those who love - phase 02), which aims to expand the humanized care unit for newborns, children and adolescents up to the age of 13 in the Mixed Intensive Care Unit (Neonatal and Pediatric) at Nossa Senhora da Conceição Hospital.

Diamante Energia is a partner in the "Multi-Year Plan" project, which offers classes in guitar, classical music, theater, jazz dance, ballet, street dance and traditionalism, serving more than 141 students, promoting cultural projects for the community, with the necessary support for personal and social development through citizenship experiences that make it possible to build better citizens.

Pequenos Leoninos

Little Lions Association

The Pequenos Leoninos Association focuses on soccer, where it serves 210 children and teenagers aged between 8 and 17, developing physical and motor skills, as well as providing social promotion for young people through sport. Diamante Energia's support for this project provides a space with the right structural conditions for men's and women's soccer activities, contributing to social inclusion and with sport, especially soccer, as a transforming agent.
